As a recipient of a grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service’s Social Innovation Fund (SIF), Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI) will provide developmental support to SIF-funded Pay for Success (PFS) projects. GHHI will provide cash subgrants and pro bono technical assistance services to projects that address the social determinants of health in low-income communities.
Up to five PFS projects will be selected to participate as subrecipients in a cohort over the course of 12 months. GHHI will select PFS projects funded by the SIF that are in any phase of development and meet other eligibility criteria outlined in the RFP. The combined value of cash and technical assistance services (federal and match share) will be between $250,000 and $430,000 for each project. GHHI will offer technical assistance for developmental support in the following areas:
· Data support
· Economic analysis
· Payment mechanism analysis
· Service delivery model support
· Evaluation planning
· Capital raising and transaction structuring
