Social Finance announced the launch of the 20th overall Pay for Success project in the United States, this one supporting reentry in Ventura County, California. The project is a collaboration with the Ventura County Executive Office, the Ventura County Probation Agency, and Interface Children & Family Services. $2.6 million was put up by a group of investors including Blue Shield of California Foundation, Nonprofit Finance Fund, Reinvestment Fund, and the Whitney Museum of American Art.
